With 27 years of health care experience in both acute and non-acute settings, Michael has lead national sales and marketing teams in both the US and Canada, driving capital equipment and disposable sales for multiple successful start-ups. Mike’s expertise ranges from software design (with an emphasis on process and work flow) to product designs that include needle-less IV systems, infusion devices, and kit designs to simplify the measurement of cardiac output systems.

Among his many accomplishments, Mike successfully developed a distribution company that distinguished itself through software and supply chain solutions, helping Wren Medical Systems to become one of the largest alternate site distribution companies in the US. After selling Wren, Mike served as VP of HemoLife Canada Technology, where he continued to develop strategy and customer solutions that helped drive Medical Specialty Distributors through two lucrative transactions with Water Street Health Partners and New Mountain Capital. Mike's last three years were spent running sales and marketing as a consultant for a Canadian distribution company, helping it to close on a transaction with CareFusion Healthcare.

Timothy J. Ward

VP of Operations

Tim held various leadership positions and responsibilities throughout his 30-year career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force before applying his operational expertise to process improvement and supply chain management within the healthcare industry. As a Colonel, Tim was responsible for the relocation of the 1400 member airlift wing from the Milwaukee Air Base to their new home at Bragg-Pope Army Airfield in North Carolina. He also ran a medical logistics company whose primary focus was to deliver products and services for larger US healthcare providers directly to patient homes. From 1993-1997, Tim manufactured and marketed medical products that are still widely used in the infusion industry and eventually were sold to Sharps Compliance.

Tim currently serves on the board of True Armor, a nanotechnology film manufacturer used by many universities and defense contractors to improve safety by making standard glass bullet and blast resistant.

Patricia ran two separate medical distribution companies with an emphasis on import and export. Patricia has built a business that has imported products from the UK that have been shipped throughout the US and Canada for the past 12 years. She has been responsible for the balance sheet as well as critical relationships that have allowed her businesses to flourish to their appropriate and planned exit strategies. She is a competent strategist, negotiator, and leader, having been responsible for teams in access of 50 employees. Pat continues to be a critical voice in all significant business decisions.

Mark brings 42 years of experience in the field of accounting, tax preparation and planning. During this time Mark has managed, owned and facilitated business practices with a broad and diverse clientele across multiple industries. As the owner of Mark McKinney, & Co., Mark brings the highest level of integrity and passion to ensure his clients' success. Mark is currently serving 350 individuals, small corporations and partnerships. As an integral member of the Mainbridge team, Mark's main focus will be to provide strategic business insights as well as to optimize tax implications across all Mainbridge business ventures.

Mary Beth is an experienced healthcare marketing professional with over twenty years of experience. She has a proven track record of achieving business results for healthcare organizations including product portfolio revenue growth of over 50% and multi-million dollar profit improvement.

Mary Beth has broad sales and marketing experience in the diagnostics, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. She has extensive experience with cross-functional team management, project leadership, strategy design, customer segmentation, pricing analytics, and demand forecasting.

In 2004, she founded MKT Consulting LLC, an integrated agency specializing in marketing, strategy, sales training, analytics and project management solutions.

Mary Beth earned an MBA in Marketing and Economics from the University of Chicago and also holds a BA in Behavior Sciences with general honors from the University of Chicago.

Anne D. Martens RN IgCN, has worked for over 35 years as a Registered Nurse in numerous settings hospital, home care and ambulatory infusion centers. Anne has devoted over 30 years of her professional career to the care of patients receiving high-tech infusion therapy as an IV nurse and supervisor in the hospital and over 20 years caring for patients at home receiving IV therapy. Anne is an active member of the Immune Globulin Nursing Society (IgNS) and the Infusion Nurses Society (INS) both organizations dedicated to the promotion of quality standards of patient care for patients receiving infusion therapy. She is currently Chairman of the Steering Committee for IgNS and had been on the test writing committee. Anne has achieved the credential IgCN. Anne has held roles as National Director of Nursing, Program Director, and Sales Director for several home infusion providers. Currently Anne has been providing consulting services for Independent infusion companies for nursing pharmacy and infusion centers.
